How to request prescription refills?
MyCenturaHealth makes requesting prescription refills easy and convenient. Here are four simple steps:
- Log in to MyCenturaHealth. If you don’t have an account, you can create one for free.
- Select the “Prescriptions” tab.
- Select the prescriptions you’d like to refill. You can also select the quantity and delivery method for each prescription.
- Click “Submit” and your request will be sent to the pharmacy. A pharmacist will review your request and contact you if there are any questions. Once your refill is approved, it will be filled and delivered according to your selected preferences.
Is there a fee to use MyCenturaHealth?
As a convenience for patients, MyCenturaHealth is available free of charge. By signing up for an account, you can access your health information from any computer or mobile device.
There are several reasons why certain test results are not shared electronically via MyCenturaHealth. First and foremost, the privacy of our patients is always our top priority.
In some cases, sharing test results electronically could potentially compromise patient privacy. Additionally, some test results may be preliminary and require interpretation from a physician before they can be meaningfully shared with a patient.
Finally, there may be technical difficulties that prevent certain test results from being shared electronically. However, patients can always contact their physician’s office directly to obtain their test results. We appreciate our patients’ understanding as we work to ensure that all information is shared in a safe and confidential manner.
Yes, you can share one MyCenturaHealth account with your spouse. By doing so, you will have access to each other’s medical information, making it easier to coordinate your care. You will also be able to view and pay your bills online, schedule appointments, and request prescription refills. Sharing an account can be a great way to manage your family’s health care needs.
I have multiple MyCenturaHealth accounts. How do I link them together?
You may have multiple MyCenturaHealth accounts if you’ve been a patient at our facility more than once or if you’ve ever been seen at both a Centura Health clinic and a Penrose Hospital. You can link your multiple accounts together by logging into MyChart and going to the “Profile” section. In the “Profile” section, there will be an option to link your accounts.
Once you have clicked on that option, you will be able to input the login information for your other MyCenturaHealth account. After you have inputted the information, your accounts will be linked together. You will now be able to see all of your past medical records in one place.

My Centura has a variety of subsidiaries that include some well-known companies such as St Catherine’s Hospital and Parker Hospitals. How to send a message to my doctor?
1. Open your web browser and visit MyCenturaHealth’s website.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click on the Messages tab.
4. Click on the New Message button.
5. Enter your doctor’s name in the To field.
6. Enter your message in the Message field.
7. Click on the Send button.
